This Creative Agency have been established for almost 25 years and have a team of around 80 people. They work with some well-known household brands and retailers that are instantly recognised as well as new emerging brands.They are now looking for a talented Senior Creative to join their dedicated team to help drive forward the strategic direction of their range of brands.They are ideally looking for someone who may want to consider relocating out of London or other major cities such as Leeds or Manchester– in a nutshell they want fresh talent and people with experience within a credible agency.This is a hybrid role and as a Senior Creative Designer you’ll be a leader, strategic, conceptual and will complete projects through from concept to delivery. You’ll art direct and manage photo shoots as well as offer expertise in digital creative communication. You’ll inspire and mentor the creative team of designers and artworkers to ensure you get the best output for every project, particularly in respect of digital.This role will also be client facing, so you’ll be confident presenting to clients with the ability to inspire and deliver engaging creative solutions.What we’re looking for:We want to see that ‘spark’, someone who can inspire and bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm and can ‘disrupt’ the norm, challenging briefs and ‘how it’s always been done’.You’ll have a varied portfolio that must include digital as part of your campaign work. We want someone who can bring their digital experience and help grow the offering across multi-channel campaigns for retailers and brands. Campaigns include in-store look and feel, shopper journeys, brand communications including campaigns, literature and promotions.You’ll be able to demonstrate your experience working in digital channels and how digital integrates in all communication. Retail and/or Consumer brands experience is required along with experience in art direction of shoots.The agency are based in the East Midlands/Notts region, however they are flexible with some remote working, so travel would not necessarily be an everyday requirement.
