Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established firm based in the East Midlands in their Private Client Department. This team has a wealth of expertise and are well known in their local community for having an excellentreputation.About the roleThis Private Client Paralegal role will allow the successful applicant to work on a varied workload that includes:

  • Preparing and drafting documentation such as Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Assisting with the administration of estates and trusts
  • Continuously developing client engagement and keeping them updated
  • Undertaking research as and when required
  • Managing and organising large volumes of documents
About youThe ideal candidate will have:
  • At least six months of Paralegal (preferably Private Client) experience
  • An understanding of the need to deal with clients matters sensitively and confidentially.
  • Ability to work well to deadlines
  • Ties to the East Midlands
