Your new companyYou will work for Arc Property Services Partnership Limited which is a joint venture company, jointly owned by Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE Group; focussing upon the delivery of property design, projects/programme management, construction services,planned and reactive maintenance services to NCC and, as a Teckal Company, to other public and private sector third parties.Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE, formed in 2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe and sustainable land and property portfolio. As a business, and as a team, Arc Partnership deliversmulti-disciplinary property design, consultancy, masterplanning, regeneration, project/programme management, emergency, reactive, compliance asset management, and planned services on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council and the communities and people itrepresents. Arc Partnership has a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice status and has recently achieved ISO19650 accreditation for delivering projects using BIM.Your new roleArc Partnership are currently seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning and design phase of our construction projects. This includes coordinating with clients, architects and engineers,developing budgets and schedules, and ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. You will monitor, review, and report on the workstream pipeline, whilst ensuring robust design and construction programming of activities, optimising teamoutputs to achieve early client approval.What youll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have proven experience and understanding of design and construction process required to deliver successful outcomes. You will have proven experience of managing a pre-construction function within a multi-faceted construction design,project management and construction contracting business. You will have a degree or equivalent within construction or similar, as well as having strong commercial management skills.
