We’re a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment.Welcome to Center Parcs – the number one choice for short break holidays, employing a team of over 9,000 across Head Office and six separate villages located in the UK and Ireland.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Learning & Development team (L&D) as LMS L&D Manager.We are looking for someone with experience of learning management systems to continue to develop our new system - the Knowledge Centre - to ensure all content is engaging and relevant.In this role, you will lead and develop a digital learning function within the central L&D team. You will update, create and manage original and relevant content in a varied and fast-moving hospitality environment. This role is suited to an experienced, imaginative and ambitious digital learning specialist with a desire to bring their skills and expertise to a new position.Working alongside the wider L&D team and internal stakeholders you will design, create, edit and source resources and information to host on the Knowledge Centre to support onboarding, induction, management development and legal, technical and professional training and development activities.You will provide an accessible learning management system that allows 9500 people across different locations and divisions (Housekeeping, Leisure, Retail, Technical Services, Admin and General and Food and Beverage) to have access to digital learning content and information that is innovative, relevant, efficient and engaging, to enable them to deliver excellent guest service and to reach their full potential.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however occasional flexibility will be required.Please note that due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, you will temporarily be required to work remotely from home.ABOUT YOUEssential skills, qualifications and experience:
