Reporting to the QA Test Manager, you will work closely with the QA team to find bugs, execute test plans, log and write up reports and provide support for the team.You will be responsible for being the main application level testing resource for all digital and business applications during release, projects and other system changes, so you’ll need to be able to demonstrate excellent time management and prioritisation skills.The core function of this role is to ensure the production application environments are as bug and issue free as possible and that live systems are performing to an expected documented standard. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as you will provide updates to the management team and key stakeholders and also be working with 3rd party vendors.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a commercial testing environment plus a working knowledge of testing applications across different browsers and mobile devices. An ISEB qualification would be highly desirable.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis (37.5 hours per week).Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required as test plans and coverage reports will be required out of normal working hours.ABOUT YOUSummary of the behaviours / soft skills we are looking for:Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
