Internal Sales Representative | Family owned CNC Tooling Business | Long Eaton | £24,000 - £30,000Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with an innovative and dynamic company in the woodworking and CNC tooling industries The company specialises in the service, supply, and manufacture of quality cutting tools to the Woodworking and associated sectors.The company, led by passionate owners, boasts an annual financial turnover of approximately £3 million. As a close-knit, hands-on team in this dynamic small business, everyone is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into tasks that may not always be explicitlyoutlined in their job descriptions.   • Engaging with customers through phone and email to provide top-notch service
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong customer relationships
  • Managing orders from entry to fulfilment with precision
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range and services (so some experience of CNC tooling/woodworking tooling industries would be brilliant if you have it)
  • Offering valuable support to our dynamic external sales team
  • Streamlining sales administration tasks for efficient operations
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with our valued suppliers
  • Collaborating across various business areas to contribute to overall success
Ideal Candidate:
  • Pragmatic individual with some experience in technical sales, ideally within woodworking/CNC tooling
  • Familiarity with woodworking machinery processes is a plus
  • Adaptive to changing workloads and responsive to evolving customer needs
  • Well-presented and a team-oriented professional
  • Capable of working independently to achieve defined objectives
