Is this role right for meReporting to the Head of Marketing and Innovation, this role is responsible for leading the innovation process within the organisation worldwide, ensuring the spread the innovative mind-set across the business and that innovative products and services aredeveloped and implemented in line with market trends and customers needs.In addition, working closely with all functions at Formula (supply chain, marketing, operations, technical), this role will be accountable for the direction and delivery of our sustainability roadmap.Key Accountabilities

• Manage the New Product Development and Innovation Project Process and ensure efficient and effective innovation procedures
• Utilise the Eco-Innovation tools
• Influence the companys culture to promote an innovative approach
• Propose new tools to foster innovation and deploy the use of the current ones
• Implement the Innovation Roadmap action plan and contribute to its success and implementation
• Regularly review and communicate the sustainability roadmap objectives
• Coordinate the different working groups as part of our sustainability improvement strategy
• Take the lead on some key projects
• Manage the Sustainability scoring of our plants (ex. Ecovadis, IntregrityNext) and improve them in collaboration with all the teams.
• Track, report and communicate the sustainability KPI on a regular basis
• Influence the companys culture to promote the sustainability approach

Experience Required

• Ideally degree qualified preferably in a Scientific discipline
• Fluent in English essential. Fluent in German would be advantageous.
• A keen interest in our product is essential
• Positive and motivated individual with experience in an Innovation & Sustainability Management role
• Proven successful experience in delivering key projects within agreed timeframe and allocated budget
• Strong collaboration skills
• High degree of technical interest and flexibility. Eager to learn
• Some exposure to people / project team management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Mobile (approx. 20% travel time)
