Job Description

Housing Support Team LeaderNottinghamshire37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday £18-21 UmbrellaTemporary (with opportunity of a permanent role)Do you have experience in developing processes within Support Have you dealt with Complex Needs or Young PeopleSellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected Care and Support provider in the East Midlands to recruit for a Supported Housing Team LeaderResponsibilities of the Supported Housing Team Leader will include:

  • Providing a comprehensive Support Service to around 25 young people across services
  • Help to re-design processes of a new serviceLook after around 30 young people
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of residents within all the accommodation using the bespoke software and reporting tools
  • Being responsible and offering support for the Young People who present Complex Needs
  • Undertake partnership working
  • Leading and managing the Senior Youth Support Workers and Youth Support Workers
The Housing and Support successful will have:
  • Good knowledge of adhering to Young People/Service Users
  • Enhanced DBS
