Job Description

If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the Engineering Group Leader opportunity.How will you support us As an Engineering Group Leader with, you will lead the Maintenance & Engineering team and service level delivery to provide an effective engineering system that delivers the required performance targets achieving the right level of reliability and efficiencyIn this role, we expect you to;

  • Lead and develop the Maintenance and Engineering team through effective mentoring and coaching
  • Be responsible for maintenance and repair of our production assets and the total site infrastructure
  • Take an active role to help deliver and control the sites CAPEX projects
  • Develop and deliver technical improvements for the site
  • Manage all service agreements / contracts
  • Identify and implement efficiency / cost reduction potentials using data and evidence to support

  • Previous management position within manufacturing environment
  • Engineering Management experience
  • People and change management experience
  • CAPEX implementation and financial control experience
  • Negotiation and management of suppliers / service providers experience
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and engagement skills
  • Budget control and management
