You will be fully accountable for driving website sales, looking at improving the customer journey and improving conversion rates.- Responsible for the day-to-day trading of the website- Monitor reporting of trade on a day to day bases, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing actions plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met- Using vast resources, you will be responsible for analysing sales patterns, understand competitor behaviour and customer behaviour- Set the trading strategy, continuously develop the website and look at UX roadmaps- Optimise site navigation, customer journey and product placement to maintain growth and drive online sales- Work with senior stakeholders in the business as well as the wider digital team to help drive customer engagement and conversionWhat experience do I need- Strong leadership skills and extensive management experience- Track record of working in retail/eCommerce- Have strong commercial acumen with a can-do attitude Required skills
