Job Description

CUSTOMER CARE ADVISORNOTTINGHAMSHIRESALARY £17,500Grafton Recruitment are partnering with a reputable and well established Medical Company.The company is a close knit team who pride themselves on providing impeccable customer service experience to whether it be to Doctors or the patients as their experience with you is key being Customer Care Advisor.THE ROLE:As a Customer Care Advisor you will be required to:

  • Fully trained and have regular reviews so this company emphasises on the support you will be given
  • Key member of the Customer Care Advisor Team
  • Maintain and update systems
  • Once trained you will be the point of call for Doctors and Nurses with the input of the prescriptions
  • Inbound customer calls
  • Advising customers with delivery queries
  • Data Inputting
    • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • If you have worked in prescriptions before this would be desirable
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to communicate and engage with people across all levels
  • Trustworthy as this role will eventually lead after training to remote working
    • COMMUTABLE FROM:Derby, Heanor, Bramcote, Long Eaton, Ilkeston, Draycott, Kilburn, Kirkby In Ashfield, Shardlow and West Bridgeford.BENEFITS:
  • Annual Salary £17,500
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • Working hours 9am- 5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
