Job Description

CRM MANAGER £35,000 - 45,000 NOTTINGHAM A CRM role heading up strategy, analytics and campaigns in this animal focussed high growth brand!THE COMPANYA leading retailer within animal care with huge growth plans and a passion for pets! They are data driven and after recent investment are in a high growth phase, you are in a prime position to help the development and growth of the whole brand. Plus youcan even take your pet to the office!THE ROLEAs the CRM Manager your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM strategy, ensuring an omnichannel strategy and an understanding of the customer
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
  • Focus on customer loyalty, life time value and churn, how can you ensure customers subscribe and how can you use data to provide insights!
  • Use Excel/SQL to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and new ways to increase the optimisation of current CRM Strategy
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong Excel/SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
  • Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
  • Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
