Eden Brown Synergy is currently looking to speak to Cognitive Behavioural Therapists in relation to a post with Nottingham NHS.The roleThe post holder will work with patients who have a range of anxiety and depression related problems using IAPT compliant interventions, assessing, formulating, implementing and evaluating therapy programs.Lets Talk Wellbeing is Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trusts Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) Service. Providing psychological assessment and treatment for mild to moderate mental health problems across Nottinghamshire.The underpinning principle of this service is to ensure that the local population can access appropriate, NICE approved talking therapies quickly and easily.The service is delivered by a range of therapists, including PWPs, CBT, IPT & Counsellors.Main duties The post holder will play a key therapeutic role as part of an Any Qualified provider (Payments by Results) service working at Step 3. They will be expected to meet set activity and performance targets. These will be monitored through Line Management and Clinical Case management with a Clinical lead. They will provide a liaison between GPs and the wider Primary Care team.The service operates flexibly to facilitate a client patient centred approach to accessing the service. The service is provided between 08.00am-7.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am-5.00pm Friday, with the possibility of working some Saturday mornings. You will be required to be flexible and contribute to the rota to work within these hours.Job responsibilities
