Clinical Lead A fantastic opportunity for an amazing clinical lead to work in our luxurious large nursing home recently refurbished home with beautiful grounds in Nottingham. This is a weekday role, office type hours leading the clinical care affordedto the elderly residents of this lovely home. Main Tasks and Responsibilities for the Clinical Lead:Assistance with daily management of the home.Take responsibilityfor the running of the home in the absence of the registered manager.Help the registered manager with the general management of the home working under their guidance and leadership.Support the registered manager produce, maintain the systems and proceduresfor auditing and assuring quality of care provided by the home.To be considered for this role the Clinical Lead must:Be a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)Minimum of three years post registration experience, ideally with a years experience within a senior managementrole.Have an active PINHave a clear DBS.If you would like to know more about this rather special opportunity, please call Aris!
