Clinical Governance Administrator | Band 3 equivalent salary | Nottingham | Full Time - 37.5 hours Spire Nottingham Hospital is growing and as such we require a Clinical Governance Administrator to assist with the co-ordination of all clinical governanceprocesses within the Hospital, monitoring and assisting with compliance in all relevant clinical standards. Spire Nottingham Hospital is the only CQC Outstanding rated private hospital in Nottinghamshire and we are committed to delivering excellent individualcare from the first time a patient contacts us until after their treatment is complete. Our state of the art, purpose built hospital located in Tollerton, has 42 private ensuite rooms, 4 theatres including a hybrid theatre, a 5 bed Critical Care Unit, a minorops suite in Outpatients, 11 day case beds, endoscopy suite, on-site MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound and mammography, physiotherapy, pharmacy and 300 free car parking spaces. Duties and responsibilities: Under the direction of the Clinical Governance Lead, provideguidance and support on clinical governance processes across the Hospital. Participate in assurance of full compliance with all relevant clinical quality standards and Clinical KPIs. Contribute to the review of existing practices, ensuring that progressivesolutions, which take into account models of best practice and all relevant policies, procedures and legislation are incorporated into Hospital plans and implemented Maintain a Policy tracker for the hospital both central and local. Provide assistance in monitoringall aspects of incident reporting and investigation utilising Datix. Preparation of Datix reports as required.
