Job Description

Are you fluent in either Spanish or Italian and possess experience in credit control Are you seeking an opportunity that allows you to utilise your language skills and financial expertise If yes, we have the perfect rolefor you!Macildowie are looking for a Bilingual Credit Controller to join a team based in Nottingham. This position requires proficiency in either Spanish or Italian, along with a background in credit control.£24,500 - £30,000 DOE | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | Monday to Friday | 8am - 4pm Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit control activities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Perform credit assessments and risk analysis for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in either Spanish or Italian to resolve payment issues and provide necessary information.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and manage credit terms.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in either Spanish or Italian, with excellent writes and speaks with ease in English.
  • Previous experience in credit control or a related financial role is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
