At our home, we can support children and young people from the ages of 8-18 who may have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, as well as mild learning difficulties. We provide ahomely environment for our young people, and support with all aspects of life, such as education, activities, independence and moving into adulthood, depending on their individual plans.Care and dedication is what supports our young people to grow and develop, and even once they have left our care, we remain in touch with them to sustain the relationships we have made. We can also experience risk/challenging behaviours within our home,as a result of our young peoples past experiences, and you will receive appropriate training to be able to support them. In hindsight, we strive to give our young people the upbringing that they deserve, with care, love and attention and are one big family.Woodview is based in Arnoldbut is within commutable distance of Nottingham, Mansfield, Derby Ilkeston and surrounds.Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiencesfor those we look after and for everyone in our team!The best part is you dont need any prior experience, just the following:
