Job Description

UX/UI Designer (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Hotjar) - Nottingham City Centre/Hybrid Remote - up to £50K + Company benefits including, remote working, bonus scheme, flexible working hours, career progression, excellent training, 27 days holiday + bh& more! A highly successful business is currently recruiting for an experienced UX/UI Designer, ranging from Mid to Senior level, to come in and take responsibility for the UX/UI design across their estate. They are a world class Fintech business and are on thelookout for an experienced UX/UI Designer to produce high quality design solutions that focus on creating value for their users.The Role:As a UX/UI Designer (Google Analytics, Figma, Sketch) you will be focusing on using user/client feedback and market research to prototype and iterate designs as quickly as possible. As part of the role, you will need to ensure that UX designs for a cross-platformapplication are both intuitive and of the highest quality. Working with the latest technologies, this role is for a technically capable, driven and ambitious UX/UI Designer.Technical Skills:

  • Google Analytics, Heap, Hotjar, Google Optimise
  • Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Hotjar
  • Solid experience of sketching, wireframing, prototyping and creating user flows to visualise and communicate ideas
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Non-technical skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong experience within a design role as a Product, UX or UI Designer either agency or client-side.
  • Ability to communicate and deliver effectively through techniques and artefacts
  • Agile scrum experience: working in sprints with backlogs and feature sets
  • Desire to engage in a process of rapid prototyping and product experiments
