Job Description

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000Ref: SM4097S Knights Recruitment is a specialist Employability & Skills Recruitment Agency. We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK.Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a well established East Midlands based training provider, we are currently looking for a trainer that can deliver customer service, business admin & team leading up to a level 3. The ideal candidate willbe located in the East or West Midlands area, and have experience in the new apprenticeship standards. This is a full time, permanent hybrid role.Role and Responsibilities:As a Trainer in Customer Service, Business Admin & Team Leading, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting and motivating the learners to help them get closer to achieving their qualification
  • Ensuring the learners are gaining knowledge and skills to ensure completion of the programme
  • Involvement with paperwork such as enrolments, registers, assignments and other relevant compliance
  • Set up 1 to 1s with learners that need additional support or may be struggling with the programme
  • Manage your caseload of learners to ensure assignments are being completed to the standards of the organisation and in line with awarding body
Experience and Skills:The ideal Trainer in Customer Service, Business Admin & Team Leading will require the following experience:
  • Have an assessor qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA OR D32/D33
  • Qualified trainer, holding the PTTLS, CTTLS, DTTLS or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience delivering accredited Business admin, customer service and team leading courses up to a level 3.
  • Vocational experience working in admin, customer service or team leading roles
  • Experience delivering in further education and understanding the standards
