As a Trainee Sales Administrator you will:- Support the experienced Sales team.- File, Data Entry and complete forms.- Process orders.- Take Calls.- Archive.- Use the CRM system.- Greet visitors, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.- Offer help wherever possible, including drinks for visitors and staff.We are looking for a Trainee Sales Administrator with the following:- Confident, friendly and helpful on the phone.- Happy to work in a small team.- Stable and has strong Work Ethic.- Good written skills essential.- IT literate.- Good organisation and communication skills.- Able to carry out given tasks alone without too much guidance.The company offer expert design services for earthing & lightning systems.
