Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Nursing and HealthcareExcellent earning potential and full training provided£23k to £25k (depending on experience) plus uncapped commissionNottinghamWe are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our well established and flourishing recruitment branch in Nottingham. We are one of the leading Nursing and Healthcare recruitment consultancies in the UK.The Nursing and Healthcare sector is booming at the moment are we a looking for the next generation of recruitment consultants to build their career. We provide Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support staff to over a number of different clients, for bothshort and long term assignments.About you:

  • Customer service, hospitality or sales/telesales background
  • Excellent customer service skills

The role:
  • Full recruitment training from a leading provider
  • Business development and client generation
  • Placing nurses and care staff into short and long term roles
  • Meeting clients, advertising positions, interviewing candidates
