Job Description

Following our recent acquisition by The Jarell Group, KHS Nottingham is currently looking to hire ambitious, target driven Trainee RecruitmentConsultants to join their company!Whats in it for you

  • £18,000 - £21,000 Per annum plus a generous commission structure
  • Standard 37.5 hour working week (you may be required to be on call at times)
  • 20 days annual leave (increasing with length of service) plus your birthday off and bank holidays

Your new role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
  • Finding and managing outstanding temporary and permanent candidates for our clients through various means including job boards and headhunting
  • Business Development, building your account with outbound sales calls to current and prospective clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients by handling a wide range of requests
  • Learning and delivering the full 360 recruitment process
About you
  • Ambitious, target driven and keen to develop a career in Recruitment
  • Confident with an excellent telephone manner
  • Resilient with a "can do" attitude
