Test Lead | Hybrid | To £65k + bonusAre you a Lead/Senior QA Engineer looking to drive the Automation test strategy for an established brand who are making great waves within their industry Do you want to take the reigns of their growing Test function and essentially be their face oftheir QA effortI am working with a cracking company (based in Nottingham) who are looking to bring in an outstanding Test professional who can come in and implement automation testing within their company. This role is a key hire for them and you will be the linchpin oftheir team. You will be defining the test strategy, and ensuring strategic goals are hit along the way.Im essentially looking for an expert in Testing. Youll have a good handle on both Manual and Automation testing frameworks (such as Selenium, Cypress, SpecFlow, etc) and youll be up to date with all the latest tools and techniques. Im looking to speakto someone whos tested API based services and someone whos worked with Azure too. Youll have exceptional knowledge of the full Test lifecycle and have picked up some battle-scars in your time!Youll need to have great communication skills and have experience leading and defining processes. Youll be a great collaborator and team player, and be able to manage multiple workstreams at any one time. Experience leading workshops will also be beneficialto your application. You will also be an advocate of Agile and passionate about using industry best practices - knowing how to apply and implement them in a growing and developing environment.
