SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator based in the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. The role is in the perfect location for candidates based in Lenton, Wilford, Beeston and Nottingham city centre. . You will be required to go into the office for a few weeks training but then will be required to do hybrid working - a mix of office and working from home. (3 days in the office and 2 days from home.) The role is a temporary role for 6-9 months with the view to go potentially permanent for the right candidate! As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the following; - Liaising with company customers - Updating them on when to expect their deliveries - Arranging delivery times/date with customers - Updating internal database - Making outbound calls - Providing excellent customer service - Answering any general enquiries Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Salary: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and good communication skills both verbally and written.
