Im looking for the very best Technical .NET Leads to join a growing technology business who truly are a force to reckoned with within their industry.. Their Engineering teams are organised into Squads, they have around 15-30 squads made up of Engineers, QA, Product Owners and Architects.Due to their on-going growth we need several Technical Leads to be at the very forefront of their technical decision making whilst leading a team of extremely talented technologists.. . This is where you come in!Technically youll be from a hands-on technical background and well versed in C# .NET Development and also ideally worked in a Lead capacity before - looking after a team of Engineers to help drive forward their SaaS platform. Youll be working on true Microservices with a host of other technologies including JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.This is a pivotal role in the company and youll need to instil best practice, always doing things "the right way" and constantly inspiring better ways of working., after all - you will be the first port of call in offering Leadership to your Software Engineers! Youll love coaching and mentoring your Engineers and know exactly HOW To get the best out of your teams.I want you to be technically inquisitive and have a good attitude.
