Job Description

Teaching Assistant Level 2 - £18,949 - £21,339 per annum (actual salary)37 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks)To start as soon as possibleThe Bulwell Academy is an 11-18 academy serving families in and around the Bulwell area of Nottingham. This is made possible through our knowledge-richcurriculum offer, our CET Knowledge Connected Programme, our clear and concise Behaviour for Learning Policy and our Attitude to Learning Rewards Programme.We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to undertake learning and care programmes and activities to support individual or groups of students.The ideal candidate will be able to provide specialised support for those students with special educational needs and disabilities, enable access to learning for all students and assist the teaching staff in the management of students and the classroom.We are looking for candidates who have experience of working in a supportive role within a secondary education setting that can demonstrate experience in successfully supporting the learning of SEND students, including those with ASD, and supporting disadvantagedstudents to realise their potential.As an employee of the Creative Education Trust, you will benefit from a highly competitive career package which includes:
