What youll do as Talent Acquisition SpecialistThis role is ready made for someone with a foundation in recruitment who is looking to develop their skills further at the UKs largest recruiter.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this job is all about relationships; working with both stakeholders and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience and promote the Staffline brand.This is an incredibly diverse role and youll be challenged every day. Below is just an example of what you can expect:

  • Support stakeholders to recruit vacancies across the Staffline Group
  • Be creative and source candidates through a number of methods (Social Media, Job Boards, Referrals)
  • Be the go-to person for candidates looking for jobs in recruitment and deliver an excellent customer service level
  • Proactively contact candidates in both the active and passive market
  • Support the facilitation of behavioural recruitment assessment days
  • Take an active role in advertising vacancies, promoting jobs, and taking on your own personal recruitment brand

What youll need to be successful as Talent Acquisition Specialist By this point it should be clear that we want to give you development, we want to reward you correctly and we want you to stretch yourself in whatever role you do at Staffline. To be successful in this role however, you will need a few things:
  • If you have a background in recruitment; agency or in-house, we would love to hear from you (though this isnt essential)
  • Youll have worked in a role where you are confident on the phone, proactive and able to communicate professionally at any level
  • Youll have excellent relationship building skills and be able to push back and challenge people appropriately
  • Most importantly though, youll be tenacious, able to work under your own steam whilst contributing and getting involved in the vibrant, progressive and unique people team.
