We have a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking B-Corp & Net Zero Manager in Nottinghamshire, offering a competitive salary.About Us: Our client, a pioneering company in the Sports Construction Industry, is dedicated to sustainability and making a real difference. As a B-Corp & Net Zero Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their sustainable futurewithout compromising performance.Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the formation of a team of B-Keepers throughout the organization to handle certification requirements.
  • Drive and oversee the B-Corp Certification, ensuring requirements are effectively communicated to B-Keepers.
  • Innovate concepts and solutions aligned with their B-Corp principles.
  • Lead the charge for the UK Group to achieve Scope 1 & Scope 2 Net Zero targets by 2028.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for achieving climate neutrality across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 by 2050 within the UK Group.
What You Bring:
  • Education: A degree or post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Experience: Knowledge of UK and EU legislation in relevant areas, familiarity with the B-Corp Accreditation, and a background in managing environmental and sustainability challenges is essential.
  • Skills: Strong IT and analytical skills, excellent administration capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders are vital. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the drive to overcome challenges and deliver results are crucial.
