(45 employees and growing).Its mainly remote, but they do get together once a fortnight in Nottingham to keep the togetherness going.They are part of a large, loved UK brand but operate as an independent tech company with largely independent decision makingThe company operates in the e-commerce field and their API driven applications help all manner of businesses, small and large.On a day to day basis, you will be developing your skills by ensuring that the software is maintained and operational. You will also be involved in offering technical support to customers as well as internally to the support team as an escalation point.Your day will rarely be the same, involving a mixture of fixing bugs, dealing with tickets, working with customers and collaborating with colleagues in the product development team.So, what do you need
