Job Description

STUDENT Lettings and Management Administrator Our Client, a super slick Property Business located is swish offices in the heart of Nottingham City Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Student Lettings Administrator to join their team. Our Client is a market leader, dealing with exclusive portfolios, so if you are from a STUDENT Lettings Admin background this could be just the job for you!Specialising within Student Lettings & Residential Management, you will work within a team of negotiators and administrators ensuring successful management of a portfolio and maintaining excellent service to existing tenants and landlords. Plus ensuring full compliance with licensing and ANUK regulations. Property types to include HMO and PBSA developments.Key Responsibilities

  • Communication between landlords, tenants and guarantors ensuring swift applications
  • Management of own portfolio and H & S compliant
  • Develop personal, trust relationship with landlords and tenants
  • Responsible for repair and maintenance
  • Processing visits, check-out & inventory reports for student properties as well as dealing with any deposit disputes
  • Key Attributes Experience in Lettings & ManagementHighly articulateProfessionalGood team playerProactive and problem solverExcellent attention to detailOrganisational skillsGood general education, administration, numerical ability and PC skills.Monday to Friday9:00am- 17:30Saturday 1:3 Rota Required skills
