We will provide you with full support including your participationin our successful Area Manager Designate programme.As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating your strong leadership skills by inspiring store teams to deliver excellent store standards. To broaden your experience, you will be covering as a Store Manager within a number of stores withinthe Nottingham area. Therefore, you will need to have a full UK Driving Licence and to own your own vehicle (once you become an Area Manager, a fully expenses company vehicle will be provided).Once you become a Heron Foods Area Manager you will beresponsible for leading approximately 12 stores, nurturing your best talent and executing robust succession plans to develop future stars to strengthen your area. You will inspire your teams to deliverexcellent store standards and sales performance to ensure Team Heron’s continued growth and development as a trusted community-based discount retailer.What we can offer you:
