This is an opportunity to join an ambitious Nottingham based software company who offer a creative suite of professional applications for desktop and iPad. This includes the smoothest, fastest photo editing and graphic design software to the most powerfulpublishing software on the market so they are really pushing the boundaries of what is possible with creative technology.We are looking for someone who can confidently drive social media strategy so the role would suit someone who has proven social media experience (agency or client side) and is looking for their next step up.The Social Media Marketing Manager will be an important part of an established marketing and creative in-house team where your focus will be the development, delivery and management of existing and new social media strategy, plans and activity. This willbe across multiple channels so plenty of Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram and even some content for Linkedin for B2B markets. You will have a real focus on organic social media but also overlap with paid (working with the wider team).You will help create, build and manage the social media strategy, blueprint and presence. The strategies, campaigns and posts that you create will grow their follower base across their social channels, increase engagements and retain those followers, andconvert into sales and other actions e.g. newsletter list sign-ups, event registrations, additional purchases and reviews.You will develop and deliver both organic and paid social media, on an ongoing basis and tactical campaign basis such as launches, calendar events (e.g. Black Friday), events (in person and virtual) and to support both B2C and B2B marketing awareness andlead generation, working with the wider marketing and creative teams.Working alongside other in-house marketeers and content makers and external providers / agencies you will help distribute content that educates and informs audiences of their apps/services, together with the culture and values of the business/brand.It will also be important to work with the marketing and artist relations teams to identify and develop a strategy and actionable plan for influencer collaboration and engagement to increase reach / exposure and influenced support, reviews and endorsementof the apps.Finally you will also be responsible for the measurement of results and optimising the organic and paid social media activity, engagements and lead / sales nurturing workflows and sales conversions from social media. This will include tracking, measuringand analysing all initiatives to report on social media ROI.This opportunity would suit candidates with proven experience and success of social media marketing within an agency or in house marketing team. You will have the ability to write and follow professional social campaign plans / content distribution plans,posting schedules and post-campaign reporting/debriefing.You will be skilled with social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Preview, Tweetdeck, Creator Studio, SproutSocial) and you will also have familiarity with the relationship between social and web properties in terms of analytics,tracking, goals and conversions, via e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager.
