More Years Limitedare currently looking for aSocial Media Manager to join our team based inNottingham.You will join us on afull-time, permanentbasis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £35,000 per annum.We are proud to offer a wide range of benefits, including:

Your responsibilities as our Social Media Manager will include:
  • Generating fresh and engaging ideas around dogs, dog health and dog parents
  • Identifying viral content, leading content discussions with the team and planning a calendar of content
  • Organising photo shoots, taking photos and working with designers to produce content for the channels
  • Writing copy, recording video voiceovers, recording videos and producing content for the channel (Facebook, Facebook Reels, Facebook Groups, Instagram, Instagram Reels)
  • Interviewing the team, vets and chefs and attending events to produce engaging content
  • Reporting on your success directly to the founding team
  • Using your organisation and project management skills to coordinate your work
  • Taking risks, enjoying life, enjoying your first 1 million channel views and making a difference
What we are looking for in our Social Media Manager:
  • A passion for Social Media with experience in producing your own photos and videos, personally or professionally (Essential)
  • An understanding of the Instagram & Facebook algorithm and trends (Essential)
  • Someone who is happy to be in the videos and to create and edit video content using relevant tools
  • Willingness to do whatever is required to get your Instagram & Facebook accounts to be the most engaging
  • Experience creating Facebook posts, Facebook reels, Facebook Stories, Instagram posts, Instagram reels
