SME - TPI Account Manager

Job Description

Heres what youll be doingWorking in Customer Operations, youll be at the heart of everything we do - youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of TPIs within the SME channel to deliver compliant sales. You will be supporting with delivering training of the E.ON Next TPI Portal.Working with stakeholders throughout the business to support our Relationship Managers and Operational Managers where required.As a TPI Account Manager in E.ON Next youll:

  • Manage a portfolio of small volume SME TPIs (sales/objections/customer service/commissions) Be the interface between TPI and EON Next
  • Co-ordinate and manage the TPI in relation to delivering E.ON process such as Renewal, Change of Tenancy and Termination process for allocated accounts being the lead E.ON contact for these accounts.
  • Build and work with stakeholders such energy and sales specialist teams, regulations etc around these customers (TPIs) with support from the Operational Manager to ensure best in class in service and best practice
  • Completing regular compliance checks and providing insight and feedback to ensure a high level of compliance is maintained by all TPIs
  • Collaborate with the TPI and the Commissions/Commercial team to ensure the correct and timely payment and any other related commission issues
  • Communicate and maintain ongoing feedback to TPIs in all areas including queries, complaints relevant to role
  • Explore opportunities to grow volume within individual TPIs with a view to promoting these to your Relationship Manager
  • Ensuring all actions and behaviours treat our customers fairly and comply with regulations
  • involvement in offboarding process, suspension and onboarding process
  • complete any admin required to maintain and grow relationships and the overall TPI portfolio
In addition we are looking for;
  • good knowledge of the SME business along with TPI market and industry knowledge
  • experience of delivery against sales targets or recent sales focused training and development
  • account/stakeholder management skills
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • strong planning and organisational ability
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to manage large and diverse portfolios
