Job Description

Our client, a leading school tour operator is seeking an Ski Itineraries Co-ordinator to join their ski team. You will be responsible for planning itineraries for school groups travelling to various ski destinations. This is a Monday to Friday role witha salary of up to £28,000 plus commission. Ski Itineraries Co-ordinator responsibilities:

  • Liaise regularly with the group leader from the booking stage until departure
  • Liaise with the ski procurement team and ensure that all aspects of the trip meet the groups needs including ski passes, meals, hotels and more
  • Be the main point of contacts for ski reps in resort
  • Liaise regularly with accommodation centres
  • Be willing to visit resorts/destinations as and when requested
Ski Itineraries Co-ordinator requirements:
  • Show excellent interpersonal, organisational and admin skills
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Ensure the best possible experience for children
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge
  • Have some knowledge and interest in Skiing (preferable but not essential - as training offered)
  • Be fluent ideally in another European Language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
