From January 2024 as a Sessional Tutor in the following subjects areas Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics at the University of Nottingham International College, you will play a crucial role in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging learningexperiences to our diverse student community.This is an excellent opportunity for a Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics Tutor who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.A detailed job description can be viewed on our website - please follow the links to apply.What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in the role, you will enjoy working with international students, be customer orientated and performance driven and possess

  • a minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related subject area, and preferably a Master’s degree or higher (or equivalent qualification)
  • previous teaching experience in one of the relevant areas of expertise or a related area within a UK higher education context
  • ability to develop and update teaching material and preferably experience of working within a Virtual Learning Environment
  • competent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc)
  • strong record-keeping skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility and willingness to work under pressure to deadlines
  • enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player.
