Washroom Service Driver @phs.About Us: Phs Group was founded in 1963 and we are the leading provider for Hygiene Services in the UK, Spain and Ireland with over 90,000 customers across 300,000 locations incorporating numerous businesses during its 57 years of business.Our businesses include: Washrooms, Healthcare, Floorcare, Phs Direct and Direct 365 (sale of consumables), Phs Greenleaf, Teacrate, Besafe, Wastekit and Compliance.Important Information:Please note to be considered for this role - you must reside in the area advertised.We are looking for experienced Male and Female Van Drivers who hold a Full UK Manual Licence for a minimum of 4 years to join our team in the Washrooms Division to provide and project a positive, friendly image to our customers.Your key responsibilities will be to replace, empty or clean soap dispensers, air fresheners, hand sanitisers, sanitary units, toilet rolls, sanitary bag dispensers and surface sanitisers.This is a full-time permanent vacancy with a starting salary of £18730.The working hours will vary between the core hours of 6.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday based on an 8 hour shift however earlier starts may and will be required on occasions therefore you must be flexible to suit the business needs when required.About the job!At Phs, our duty is to ensure our customers have access to hygienic, well-maintained and easy-to-use washroom facilities across the UK and Ireland.In 2020 we are improving the service to our customers by introducing sanitary bin liner exchange rather than bin exchange. This has also given us the opportunity to make some improvements to our drivers working day, including home to home working (with occasional depot visits at the end of the day) more user-friendly equipment, and the introduction of smaller and more environmentally friendly vehicles.Becoming a Phs Service Driver, you will soon become familiar with all our products and services through our comprehensive induction and training programme, as well as receiving your own company vehicle.As part of your role, you will be expected to follow a planned route using our up to date PDA system to make sure that we service our customers efficiently and effectively.
