This is a rare opportunity to join a high street retail brand in a role which has huge scope for progression. You will be responsible for managing SEO across the group, working with Agency partner from a technical, content and optimisation perspective, aswell as working closely with the Content, Web and Dev teams internally. Depending on your experience, you could be either at an Assistant Manager level with the desire to train up to manager, or you could be an established SEO Manager.Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager you will operate within the Performance Marketing function of the marketing team. Digital has become a key focus for this business and is instrumental in driving their continued growth and position as a marketleader within the home interiors sector.As the SEO Assistant Manager for key well-known brands, you will be responsible for the delivery of an SEO strategy, ensuring that the organic performance of the platform is consistently improving to achieve KPIs, grow organic visibility and generate qualitybusiness opportunities. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of on-site, off-site and technical SEO.You will also be responsible for leading the direction and execution of on-page SEO optimisations, including category copy, meta data and developing on-site SEO content, such as buying guides. As an omni-channel business, this will also involve a strongfocus on local SEO optimisations both onsite and through third party business listing tools. The role will also include involvement in developing and supporting content and influencer marketing plans, working closely with the broader PR & digital marketingteams to maximise the benefit and return for search.You will be expected to provide recommendations, expert advice and support to teams across the business to ensure platforms are fully built and optimised for search.
