Job Description

Luxon Pay is looking to recruit a Senior UX Designer working across our mobile and web product. You must possess strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills. Area of key focus will be content, controls, visual design and development, informationarchitecture, user research and branding.Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the product from a design perspective, having a holistic approach on the experience, from discovery to delivery - always keeping in mind our customers and their interests.
  • Consulting with stakeholders, product owners, engineers to understand their goals and explaining research results
  • Wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail
  • Conducting usability testing
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
  • Creating product prototypes
  • Developing personas and usage scenarios
  • Analysing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
  • Assisting with content development
  • Conducting competitor and customer analysis
  • Research and bring forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals - such as launching in new territories and offering new products.
Key skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in designing world-class complex commercial apps
  • A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
  • Strong design skills across iOS, Android and web platforms
  • Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
  • Must have a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies, and of wireframing tools such as Axure RP and Balsamiq.
  • Excellent grasp of design programmes and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and InVision.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and a willingness to keep your skills and industry knowledge current.
  • Be self-directed but also collaborative.
  • Possess superb communication, time-management and process-management skills.
  • Keen problem-solving and organisational abilities are necessary among other soft skills.
  • Creativity, passion and attention to detail are also keys to success in this field.
