Senior System Analyst (Anaplan)This is an opportunity to join a dynamic new team, who are using Management Information (MI) to enable effective decision making in Finance and across all of HM Land Registry (HMLR). Your role will be an integral role following the exciting introduction of the Anaplan system in HMLR. You will be working in Finance, but your role will encompass so much more. We want individuals who will work with HMLR stakeholders across all of HMLR being proactive and being seen as the “go to” person for Anaplan. We are looking to recruit three roles in HMLR to support the on-going development, maintenance and support of the new MI system, Anaplan.You will be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per weekWorking within the Finance team, in these roles you will be the Anaplan experts and will be key in overseeing the efficient running and maintenance of HMLRs planning, budgeting and reporting tools. You will support decision making with key stakeholders across the business, whilst improving and developing models with business users.Senior System Analyst Responsibilities:Working closely with Anaplan, the software provider, for performance measurement, enhancement and escalation decision points. You will be responsible for the build, configuration and data aspects of the assigned models. You will provide critical advice and explain complex issues to stakeholders - being a lead decision maker for any changes and taking into consideration cost and other impacts.You will work with our Digital, Data and Technology directorate to identify opportunities to enhance data connectivity between all systems and build capability in the organisation on Anaplan.We will support you in gaining official Anaplan Qualifications (or obtaining further qualifications) and/or an Accountancy Qualification if you do not already hold this. We will provide on the job support and development in Government Finance alongside any formal qualifications.Senior System Analyst Requirements:To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate extensive experience of the Anaplan system, ideally within a similar sized organisation.
