Job Description

About the BusinessJoin a dynamic services business as a Senior Sales Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Controller. Based in Nottingham, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment, ensuring seamless financial operationsand contributing to the company’s success.Working PatternEnjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, balancing 3 days in the office with 2 days working from home. This ideal setup allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while staying connected with your colleagues.Main DutiesAs a Senior Sales Administrator, you’ll assume a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Stock Management: Conduct weekly in-house stock cycle counts, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and NetSuite records. Maintain a daily stock reconciliation sheet, handling FOC orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Financial Operations: Process purchase orders and supplier invoices using Concur, ensuring timely integration with NetSuite. Post journal entries, raise sales orders, and assist the Supply Chain Manager with stock reconciliation between DPD and NetSuite.
  • System Integration: Oversee the smooth flow of data between various systems, including SAP Concur, NetSuite, Chargebee, Ecommerce System, Retool, and Power BI. Troubleshoot any licensing reporting issues and address any discrepancies.
  • Customer Support: Liaise with customers to resolve failed payments and address feedback. Handle commissions, Amazon-related issues, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
  • General Finance: Respond to general finance queries and handle other assignments as delegated by the Finance Controller.

  • Relevant Work Experience: Advantageous to have work experience in B2B sales order management.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial processes.
