JR are working with a highly successful financial services business in Nottingham to recruit a Senior Project Coordinator to support their business development team and Project Manager. A 12 month fixed term contract, this role is to cover maternity however the business is growing and there may be further opportunity.Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external business change and project related communications and enquiries, you will have strong organisational skills and have previously worked with a project coordination role, ideally within financial services and investment.Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination of all day-to-day business change and project related activity within the Business Development teamAssist with all client change requests and activity via a project plan and timelineCoordinate communication and allocate responsibities to the wider operations teamAssist in end of project assessmentsCoordinate third party relationshipsAssist with, marketing, branding and eventsKey skills:Previous experience in a similar Projects roleExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels both internally and externallyAbility to prioritise, be organised and manage expectationsAbility to work as part of a teamStrong negotiation skillsAbility to multi task and remain flexibleThis role is being advertised by JR on behalf of the client.Jobs you may also have applied for may include: Business Development Coordinator, Portfolio Coordinator, Project Assistant, Account Manager Required skills
