They hold over 20 years of experience trading in England and the architectural arm is an award-winning RIBA chartered practice.Joining the planning division will give you exposure to an enviable project range that straddles multiple development sectors such as hotel and hospitality, commercial, retails, leisure, residential, educational and industrial.Duties of the role includes (but not limited to);-Site appraisals.-Pre-application documents (D&A statements etc).-Preparing and submitting planning applications.-Appeals.-Promoting sites through the local plan process.In order to apply, candidates should hold an appropriate qualification (town planning or similar), 5+ years of experience and MRTPI status. You should be a good communicator, a team player with a great eye for detail.
