You will be managing your membership team of 5.If you are a membership professional operating in Nottinghamshire or wider East Midlands area with experience of recruitment, retention, renewals, engagement, development, journeys, member value propositions, member benefits working in a trade association,professional body, not for profit, membership body, charity, subscription or similar we would love to hear from you.The Role of Senior Membership Manager To lead the team responsible for delivering the membership offer and related income streams. The role requires collaboration with key internal stakeholders and a strong appreciation of change management to ensure membership targets are achieved, benefitsare developed, and processes and data management are optimised.Person Specification Significant experience in managing and growing a membership offering with effective recruitment and retention programmes.Experience of growing sales-related income streams and improving customer service-related charitable products and services.Proven experience in team leadership and managing change towards superior team performance.Experience in developing and delivering solid membership engagement programmes.Experience in leveraging wider organisational activities to generate interest in membership.Experience in direct marketing and the development of compelling membership journeys.Excellent written and communication skills and an appreciation of effective marketing copy.Strong organisational and self-motivational abilities.A team player with strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop, monitor, and improve processes.Experience with customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement.Proven ability to manage resources and focus on key deliverables amongst multiple priorities.Experience with the use of data, insights, and sector best practices to improve delivery.Ability to role model excellent customer service and commercial sales skills.To apply to this role please send your CVDue to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
