LEAD SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER BASED IN NOTTINGHAM £40000-60000 DOE PLUS BONUS AND RELOCATION PACKAGE IF NEEDED TO NOTTINGHAMIMMEDIATE START IF NEEDEDMUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE UK AND HAVE UK COMMERCIAL WORKING EXPERIENCEWHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FORMy client is seeking a senior interior designer to join its growing Nottingham-based studio and lead the team designing incredible restaurant spaces in the UK and overseas for a world-renowned British steak brand.They are an Interior Architecture and Design studio working exclusively in design for hospitality.Do you share their vision, passion and geekery for rigorously researched, well-informed, hand-crafted, bespoke and meaningful designThey are offering a wonderful opportunity for you to flourish and become an established team member at studios.JOB ROLEIn this position, you will lead team members and support the directors. You will be fully conversant with all aspects of the design process from inception to completion. You will be client-facing and project running. You have the skills to develop and presentdesign material on all levels; hand-drawn concept sketches, presentation drawings and visuals, and high-quality working drawings. You have a good knowledge of UK building regulations, on-site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction, materials,and detailing. You are very organised and can manage your own time and that of others. You take responsibility for your work and that of the teammates you are directing. You can coordinate information accurately, clearly, and concisely, make decisions anddeliver to deadlines. You bring bundles of creativity, energy and enthusiasm. You are ambitious yet a team player with excellent communication and skills, both verbal and written. You work meticulously and have a great eye for detail. You have hospitalitydesign experience and understand restaurants and restaurant brands. You have thirst for knowledge and a desire to improve, learn and develop.Desired skills / experience / attributes.BA Hons.
