Job Description

The role will typically include:To be proactive within this varied role, and able to multi-task whilst providing research, client valuations and processing new businessA high level of organisation skills required around general financial services administrationTo compile basic suitability reports from structured templates. E.g. fund switches, OEIC to ISA, Continued Suitability lettersPreparing research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetingsBeing responsible for following process and proceduresTo act as a liaison point for clients and providersTo maintain and update client information, within Iress Xplan and AWS MorningstarPursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

Organised - capable of dealing with several tasks in parallel and being able to work on your own initiativeNumerate - have good analytical skillsExcellent standard of written & verbal communicationAbility to empathise and build strong business relationships with our clients, other team members and strategic partnersAttention to detailCapability to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise workloadsProactive, with an ability to multi-task and possess the ability to search out solutionsAbility to interpret data and produce recommendations with supporting evidenceIT Literate and be competent in the use of:
  • Report writing
  • Morningstar and other industry analysis tools
  • Back office systems, preferable Iress Xplan
  • MS Office and Excel
  • Have at least 10 years plus relevant experience, within a senior administrational role in Financial ServicesPreferably to have previously worked with Senior ManagementExperience within basic report writingProfessional qualifications are an advantage
