Senior Credit Controller£27,000 - £29,000 DOEPermanentNottingham - Flexible working/HybridFull Time Monday - FridayIf youre an experienced Credit Controller seeking an exciting opportunity, where collaboration and meeting deadlines are second nature to you, then look no further. We have the perfect role that will keep you engaged and challenged every step of the way.Picture yourself working in our clients newly refurbished office, immersing yourself in a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere three days a week. On the remaining two days, youll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The company valueswork-life balance and provides an environment where you can thrive and excel.What will the role involve

  • Utilising highly effective methods and taking control of the timely collection of debt.
  • Liaising with Internal and External stakeholders to build meaningful relationships.
  • Collaborating with Area Managers and monitoring individual accounts performance.
  • Conduct thorough credit vetting and opening new accounts.
  • Address any escalated credit control issues with speed and efficiency.
Who are we looking for
  • Previous experience in a Credit Control role essential.
  • Sophisticated communication skills with the ability to influence.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset, with a flair for problem solving.
  • String time management skills and deadline driven.
  • Strong focus on working as a team and supporting your colleagues.
  • Excel is essential whilst SAP experience is advantageous - training given.
