Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside a Council in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Senior Commercial Property Manager on an interim contract.Contract DetailsPay ScaleInside IR35Negotiable Dependent on ExperienceLocation Hybrid Working (Nottingham)Contract Length Minimum 3-months. Possibility of extensionKey Responsibilities As a member of the team of professional surveyors and colleagues, provide senior support undertaking professional work in the delivery of holistic asset and property management activities to an agreed portfolio of commercial assets. To support the Principal Surveyors in driving the Councils commercial asset priorities to improve the performance of the Councils property portfolio. This includes providing professional property advice and expertise to colleagues across theorganisation and supporting the Councils property disposal, acquisition and asset valuation programme and wider regeneration ambitions. To undertake estate management duties commensurate with the seniority of the role and deal with day-to-day estate management issues with respect to an identified portfolio of Council assets These duties to include recovery of arrears, undertakinginspections, tenant liaison and ensuring tenant compliance, asset management, negotiation with occupiers, purchasers and developers.Experience Needed MRICS with post qualification experience suitable to the level of the post Knowledge of the law and the valuations practices required in managing a mixed property portfolio Experience of asset valuations, estate management, negotiation and provision of professional property advice and transactionsIf you are interested in the role or would like to know more, please apply now, then contact Joe at Spencer Clarke Group on .
