Job Description

A dynamic and prestigious global consultancy, renowned for its excellence in delivering a comprehensive range of Building Surveying services, is actively seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor. This is a unique opportunity to join their Nottinghamoffice, working on a variety of exciting projects, while also taking on the rewarding challenge of leading and nurturing the Building Surveying team.The Senior Building Surveyors Role:The successful Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a team that prides itself on its collaborative and innovative approach. You will have the chance to work on an array of high-profile projects, offering expert advice and solutions toclients. Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Conducting detailed building surveys and preparing reports.
  • Managing both new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Providing professional services such as dilapidations, party wall matters, and contract administration.
  • Leading the Building Surveying team, mentoring junior staff, and driving the teams growth and development.
The Senior Building Surveyor:
  • You should have significant experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • MRICS qualification is highly preferred, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • Proven track record of managing projects, leading teams, and delivering high-quality Building Surveying services.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A forward-thinking approach, with a focus on continuous professional development for yourself and your team.
