Job Description

Are you an Acoustic Consultant with 4 years commercial experience & looking for a step up in your careerIf so, our client is a multi-disciplinary sustainability consultancy who is looking for a Senior Acoustic Consultant to head up the Acoustics sector of the business! This role would combine daily Acoustician duties with leadership and business development activities.Full IOA Membership is essential.In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4 years minimum commercial experience as an Acoustic Consultant at a UK Consultancy
  • The desire to build and develop your own team of consultants and clients through business development goals
  • Post graduate degree in Acoustics could be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in using Noise Modelling Software such as CADNA
    • This role will include:
  • Undertaking noise assessments as part of EIAs and individual stand-alone reports
  • Site survey work & report preparation
  • Liaising with internal, external, new and existing clients and stakeholders in order to gather input data for reports
  • Budgeting of projects
  • Sales activities including fee proposals
  • Noise Modelling
